Paisano's Pizza, a Regional East Coast Italian Pizza Chain, had struggled and fought for over two years to surpass their weekly sales goal of $1M when we took on their account. Aside from sales, they were pushing to overcome low customer retention and high cart abandonment. Upon their approval to pivot and adjust as we see fit, we completely revamped all content, digital efforts, & rebranded their logo, mascot, & identity as fresh, quality & as a cost-friendly restaurant.

Regional pizza chain fought 2+ years to break $1M weekly sales barrier while battling low retention and high cart abandonment rates. We entirely took over all email & SMS campaigns, incetives & promo offers, paid social & paid search, creative, brand strategy, & social media marketing. They adopted a gratitude-focused strategy, emphasizing personalized communication, consistent thank-you messages, and targeted segmentation. By integrating data through a CRM system, they crafted personalized messages and used multi-channel outreach via email, SMS, and social media. This approach led to improved key metrics, including a ROAS increase from 6X to 10X on Google Ads and 8.5X to 15X on Meta Ads, a 150% sales revenue boost, and a 185% rise in customer lifetime value, significantly enhancing customer loyalty and advocacy.
